Great for business travelers

The staff was genuinely awesome, always ready to help out! Had an amazing interaction with one young guy who even came to my room to sort out my wifi, real dedication there, felt appreciated, you know?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what I got.

The breakfast with a self-serve coffee machine and also bacon/sausage was free. Greatly enjoyed staying at the great-sized and well-designed a double room with a nice view...

It was new-fashioned, elegant and with a nice view.

Noise from the railway tracks can be quite bothersome, especially for those in rooms facing them, which might disrupt sleep. Some rooms are notably smaller than anticipated. The peculiar bathroom layouts can be inconvenient, with sinks located outside of the actual bathrooms-an odd design choice that may not appeal to everyone. The breakfast selection lacks variety beyond basic offerings, which could disappoint those looking for something more substantial.

I think it was good value. The hotel was luxurious with good and perfect location near Park of Nations, a beautiful aquarium and Oriente train station. Everything was excellant and the stuff was helpful and respectful...

The breakfast is FREE, the room is brand-new and large with great views. The property's location is favourable and easy, not far from shopping malls, Lisbon's Train station and shopping area. You can also visit Taste of Asia that offers excellent meals.

decent stay with lovely views

The staff were helpful and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout our stay. I enjoyed a amazing sunrise view from my room, made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast offered a variety of quality items, including fresh pastries that were a delight each morning.

The room was spacious and quiet. A short walk to the metro made exploring the area convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh bread rolls. The connection to the city center took longer than expected, and while the hotel was comfortable, some facilities felt slightly worn. It's a solid choice for travelers attending events nearby.

Spacious room with excellent breakfast variety

I stayed for a night in a Double or Twin Room, spacious and nicely decorated. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, with an excellent variety of delicious options, particularly the warm eggs and fresh fruits that were constantly replenished. It was great to unwind in such a stylish environment after a day of exploring.

It was just a balanced option for shopping in Lisbon with good value. I enjoyed the comfortable beds,. Try to explore nearby cafés for breakfast instead of the hotel options.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room River View for 5 nights. The room was spacious and super clean, which I loved! Comfy bed made for great sleep. There was also a nice bottle of complimentary water waiting for me. The view was just fine! No noise issues at all, so it felt peaceful despite being in a city. The only downside was the odd sink placement outside the bathroom, a bit weird to deal with.

Great location near both metro and bus stations. Easy access to local attractions and a fine riverside view from my room. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Though the room was generally pleasant, I found the check-out time a bit late which complicated my schedule.

the location was a bit far from the center,, but the breakfast had amazing fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were delightful! ). each room had large bright windows. staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The new towels weren't clean, but the room had a great view.
